Graduate students must submit transcripts from all prior undergraduate institutions. Official transcripts must be received before a student can be admitted. Electronic transcripts are preferred: send to firstname.lastname@example.org. To mail transcripts, please use the following address:

Contact the graduate director (see above) of your desired program to schedule an interview in person, via telephone, or via video link. Schedule the interview after your transcripts have been sent to SCS.
Federal financial aid, primarily in the form of loans, is available to degree-seeking graduate students. Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online. Visit the Office of Financial Aid’s website for more detailed information.
The immunization compliance form is provided to each student as part of the online application. The form must be completed and filed electronically with the Tulane Student Health Center. For questions about the form and immunization requirements, contact the Student Health Center.
If you are admitted to SCS, you will receive a Tulane email user ID and password, sent to the personal email address listed on your application. (Students returning to Tulane will have their previous TU user ID and passwords reactivated). For email assistance, contact the Help Desk at (504) 862-8888. An active Tulane email address and password are required to access Gibson Online, Tulane’s student portal used to register for classes.
Review the semester’s course offerings online. Be sure to click the “Continuing Studies Only” search button when reviewing the schedule of classes. Finally, to register for your selected courses, visit Gibson Online.
