What Is the Admissions Process?
Once students register for an account and submit their transcripts, the admission process takes place using the online application portal. Both undergraduate and graduate programs have rolling admissions.
Applicants who plan to seek federal financial aid through the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) are strongly advised to apply at least six weeks prior to the start of the semester. Please note that non-matriculating students and certificate students are not eligible for financial aid.
Students may also apply to earn credit for life and work experiences through the College Level Examination Program (CLEP) and DANTES Subject Standardized Tests (DSST), by completing a Portfolio Assessment, or by completing certifications in public safety training.
The deadline for all applications is January 1 for the spring semester, May 1 for the summer semester, and August 1 for the fall semester.
